Cindy Adelberg joins the CNPE independent consulting team and brings many years of leadership, governance, management and board experience in our community.
Cindy has been an active volunteer and professional in the Louisville nonprofit sector for more than 35 years, specializing in governance, leadership and board development and nonprofit management. Her volunteer and board experiences evolved into a professional consulting career where she helped nonprofit organizations assess their effectiveness, improve the focus of their missions and develop their boards to meet current and future challenges. At the Clifton Center, she worked as the founding CEO in the development of their historic building into a conference and performance facility that serves as a catalyst for community development and renewal.
Cindy enjoys helping leaders develop mission-based practices that meet the needs of an organization’s stakeholders.
