Len Moisan is founder and President of The Covenant Group. Through his experience as Senior Vice President at two universities and as a consultant, he has been responsible for coordinating the work of several hundred people and helping generate over $800 million in revenues. Dr. Moisan has 25 years experience working with both profit and not for profit organizations. Dr. Moisan conducted a 36-month study in which he interviewed leaders from across the country and from a variety of fields about current trends and what it takes to build successful and fulfilling relationships in families, businesses, communities and organizations. He recently published a book on that study entitled Leadership is a Covenant.
