With over 30 years of non-profit experience in staff, supervisory, and leadership roles, Carol Young brings extensive knowledge and practical experience to the CNPE consulting team. She has a strong background in building organizational capacity, addressing program needs, and guiding new organizations and leaders in becoming effective community partners. At Kentucky Refugee Ministries where she served as Executive Director for ten years, she demonstrated her ability to hire, train, and engage an exemplary team of dedicated employees to fulfill the mission of the organization.
Her professional passions/interests include transitional executive management, mentoring, operational management, and program development.
