Money can’t buy you happiness, but it sure makes things more convenient. While CNPE does not give out funds directly, we understand that money is a necessary component of running your nonprofit. So, we have a variety of resources and tools that make finding and securing funding easier.
Kentucky Foundation DataBook- Each DataBook contains complete profiles of foundations located throughout Kentucky who award grants to nonprofit organizations. Foundation profiles are concise and easy-to-use. Find the latest information on funders including contact information, grantor interest areas and restrictions, and a list of recent grants. In addition, the DataBook includes foundations (both private and corporate) located outside of Kentucky who make grants in our state.
Online Common Grant Application- streamline your grant research and application process. Apply for funding from participating foundations entirely online. Nearly a dozen local granting organizations accept this application format, and dozen’s more have profiles inside the tool.
CNPE Scholarships- CNPE Members have access to a limited pool of scholarships that can be used to help cover learning and membership costs.

Free Grantstation Insider Newsletter- CNPE Members will receive a Free Weekly email Newsletter from the Nationally recognized and respected Grantstation (an $89 value). These newsletters come jam packed with information about the latest grant opportunities.
Online Grant exchange - CNPE members can post grant writing job opportunities both on our website and on MyCarreerNetwork.com. Grant writers can also apply for these jobs in both places, and if they are members they can create a special search-able Grant Writer member profile. Only CNPE members have full access to the tool, job postings are open to the public.
Request to Post Jobs on Grant Exchange - If you are a CNPE member and in need of a freelance grant writer, we have a superior tool to help you find the best one for the job. We have partnered with MyCareerNetwork to provide you a unique venue to post grant writing job opportunities and find qualified grant writers to write those grants. While anyone can view Grant Writer Opportunities, posting opportunities is for CNPE members only, and requires you to log-in with a valid username and password. You can reach the request form on your member profile or by using the link above if you are currently signed in.
