Introducing the Online Grant Exchange

This partnership between Center for Nonprofit Excellence, Metro United Way, and MyCareerNetwork is designed to help nonprofit organizations locate and hire quality freelance grant writers. This tool is easy to use and designed especially with the nonprofit grant seeking organization in mind. Full access to the tool is for members only, but postings are public.

CNPE members can post grant writing job opportunities both on our website and on MyCarreerNetwork.com. Grant writers can also apply for these jobs in both placesand if they are members they can create a special searchable Grant Writer member profile. Only CNPE members have complete access to the tool, job postings are open to the public.

As a Grant Seeking Organizations

Are you wanting to go after a “big fish”? Do you have the time and staff for the expedition? If not, this tool is here to help you identify freelance grant writers, and researchers who can help you get the job done.

Using a customized tool developed by MyCareerNetwork, your organization can create your own grant writing job opportunity. Your organization can even create preliminary application questions unique to each opportunity. Once the posting is created, that opportunity is then posted both on the CNPE website and on the MyCareerNetwork website, with visibility across the state and into neighboring states, including some regional universities. With reach like this you are bound to create a buzz about your opportunity, and attract the talent that can help your organization reach its goals.

As a Grant Writer

If you are a Grant writer, this tool helps you locate and land exciting jobs. In time, all the city’s/region's most exciting freelance jobs will exist in this one convenient location. As a member, you can create a Grant Writer Profile, complete with Uploaded resume and bio. In time, the work will come to you.

If you aren't an individual member, and you want to be listed through Grant Exchange so members can locate you,  sign-up. There are three steps.

1. Select the  individual member form.

2. Be sure to check the box on the question that asks you to become listed on Grant Exchange. 

3. Sign-in to your member profile using your new username and password to your personal upload a bio and resume.
