Grant Application Guidelines
The Community Foundation of Southern Indiana asks that each applicant complete this online application and submit the following: * IRS Letter confirming the organization's 501(c)(3) status * Current Board List with contact information * Financial Information - Most recent independent audit of account review (as required by law) - Total organizational budget approved by the board for the fiscal year - Actual-to-budget comparison for the year-to-date - Cash flow statement for the current fiscal year - If seeking project of capital support as opposed to general operating support, include income and expense statements for each fiscal year for which you are seeking project or capital support; and, + List companies, foundations and government entities being approached to fund this proposal, including dollar amounts requested and an indication of which sources are committeed, pending or anticipated.
