Grant Application Guidelines
Grantees must be 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations located in the Louisville KY area. Grant purpose must be religious, educational, civic or humanitarian. Applications may be in letter form, outlining organization\'s goals and purposes and the intended use and amount of the grant requested. Eight copies of application must be submitted.
