Idea Labs
CNPE is proud to announce one of its newest approaches to learning, innovation and problem solving for the nonprofit community, Idea Labs.
These are organic safe places to think, share and co-create. They are led by their members and seek to provide a space for next level, front-of-the-curve work on issues and topics that can’t be reached in more traditional learning environments.
There aren’t many rules, but here are values that each group should exhibit:
- Each Idea Lab is Organic, developed from the bottom-up and group owned.
- Each Idea Lab is Inclusive with many diverse voices are invited (by the group) to the table, although group owned and managed they are not private clubs, all are welcome.
- Each Idea Lab is Balanced and structured to hear from all perspectives
- Each Idea Lab approaches its topic with a sense of Wholeness seeking to consider the entire picture, exploring all connections.
- Each Idea lab is Evolving and changing as it learns more about the topic it studies getting better at each change.
- Each Idea lab is built on the cornerstone of Honesty. Participants must tell the truth and free to be vulnerable and open with their ideas and knowledge.
- Each Idea Lab is Vegas. What happens here, stays here. (However, all conversations must be appropriate and respectful.)
