In July 2007, the IRS issued final regulations concerning 403(b) Plans. The new regulations require many previously unaudited 403(b) plans to be audited. Beginning with the 2009 plan year, organizations subject to ERISA will generally be required to have their 403(b) plans' financial statements audited if they have more than 100 eligible participants as of the beginning of the plan year. Attend this webinar to learn of the compliance and audit requirements for 403(b) plans and understand what you could expect during your first year audit.
