How to Win
1. Shop local! Collect receipts when you shop or dine this holiday season at ten LIBA member businesses between 11/6/2009 and 1/5/2010.

2. Present them for review at one of the sponsor sites, Wild and Woolly Video or ear X-tacy. Once your your receipts are verified, you’ll be entered into a drawing for $1,000 to spend at any member business!

The mission of LIBA is to preserve the unique community character of the Metro Louisville area by promoting locally-owned businesses and to educate citizens on the value of shopping locally.

Dollars spent at community-based merchants also creates a multiplier effect in the local economy. Studies have shown that for every $100 spent at a chain, only $15 remains in the community.
