Leadership Opportunity

Women 4 Women is searching for a dynamic, innovative champion as our next President and CEO.  The desired candidate should be a proven leader with a passion for making a difference in the lives of women and girls.  The new President and CEO will lead Women 4 Women’s focus on making a large scale impact in our community. 

The Organization

Ten years ago, Women 4 Women embarked on a study called Benchmark 2000. That study named an intractable problem: the welfare of women and girls in our community was in jeopardy.  As a result, we set out on a journey to find solutions that would enable us to improve the lives of women and girls, work that would give us the power to change social and economic problems while increasing equality and opportunity.

After 10 years, Women 4 Women determined to revisit and update Benchmark 2000 and is emerging from a year-long review of the status of women and girls in our community, which we have named Benchmark II.   The Benchmark IIstudy is our essential framework as we go forward as an organization.  It does nothing less than articulate the most critical issues and clarifies what it will take to continue being a change-maker for women and girls.

Position Qualifications

Women 4 Women is seeking a self-starting, collaborative decision-maker, as CEO.  Ability to lead the organization, broadly communicate a sense of urgency for results, and raise the funds for implementing Benchmark II are critical.  Qualified candidates should possess the following skills, experience and education:

  • Proven track record of fundraising and fund development
  • Ability to inspire, motivate others and advocate the interests of W4W
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an organizational leadership role, including managing operating budgets and personnel in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative influencer
  • Bachelor’s degree required with advanced degrees preferred
