Wayne E. Oates Institute Position Available for Bookkeeper/Office Administrator rss feed

The Wayne E. Oates Institute seeks to fill a six month, 15-20 hour position of bookkeeper/office administrator at the Institute's office in the Highlands. The Oates Institute is a 501(c)3 educational non-profit founded in 1993 to advance collaborative, compassionate, and integrative care through education, publication, and research available locally, nationally, and internationally.

Bookkeeping and accounting tasks would include management of financial records, handling of accounts payable and accounts receivable, administration of payroll and associated records, and maintenance of donor and membership records. Knowledge of QuickBooks is preferable. Other duties include general office operations such as managing telephone, email, and written communication; maintaining mailing lists; maintaining event registrations; and assisting with mass mailings.
