The governing board of a non-profit daycare center is searching fill the full-time position of Executive Director (ED). Center located in urban area of Jefferson County. Responsibilities include market development, resource development (grant procurement and corporate support), staff management, and community awareness. Unique opportunity to design and implement a stronger, more efficient and productive facility. ED position requires successful experience in child care development, proven capacity to manage well, problem solving aptitude, and strong desire to succeed.
