Tell your federal representatives to ensure next COVID-19 legislation supports nonprofits
The National Council of Nonprofits and the Kentucky Nonprofit Network are urging all nonprofits to sign onto a letter by this Friday, July 10. The letter urges legislators to: (a) continue emergency funding programs (PPP, WORK NOW Act); (b) provide low-cost loans to mid-size and larger nonprofits shut out of the PPP and Main Street Lending Program; (c) strengthen charitable giving incentives; and (d) provide full unemployment benefit reimbursement (an issue we raised in last week’s eNews).
Take 2 minutes to sign your organization’s name electronically here. This is important.

Grant Opportunity: TD Ready Challenge
TD Bank (which owns TD Ameritrade) wants to provide financial support to nonprofit organizations that have designed innovative, scalable, or replicable solutions to help address the pandemic-related issues faced by communities experiencing COVID-19 COVID-19 impacts disproportionately. Solutions must address at least one of these issues: Financial Security, Vibrant Planet, Connected Communities, or Better Health. Details on the TD Ready Challenge here.
Thanks for all you are doing to support the great work that nonprofits do.
