Developing or refreshing your annual fundraising plan in practical ways that work is important for your nonprofit organization. If it’s done right, it can make a significant difference on your organization’s ability to increase donations and broaden awareness of your mission and vision. This 3-hour seminar will help you develop a strategic yet practical fund development plan for your organization based on your resources, staff, budget and logistical capabilities.

We will cover important foundational elements that are essential for effective annual plans. You will leave this session with the information and tools you need to create a viable plan. We will answer questions such as:

  • Who needs to be involved and in what ways?
  • What do you need to track?
  • Where do you begin?
  • How do you use what you find to develop strategic responses?
  • What extra intelligence can you use to help you elevate your major gifts?
  • How do you get buy in?

Who Should Attend: We recommend that the Development Officers, Executive Directors, Board Chair/Board Members attend and even volunteers. Additional discounts are available when more than one representative from the same organization attends.
