Grant Writing Boot Camp (Spring Grants)

Building off the success and learning of Grub and Grants, we take the process of grant writing a step further. In 2019, Grant Writing Boot Camp will tackle key aspects of grant writing and present the training to coincide with key local grant application deadlines.
Who: Center for Nonprofit Excellence and Kentucky Grant Professionals Association
What: 3 sessions, 3-hours each session.
When: February 7, June 6 and September 12 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 pm.
Who Should Attend: Any nonprofit professional active or interested in grant writing.
What we’ll cover:
February 7 (Spring Grants): Needs statement and Case for Support; Grant readability; Project Description; Discuss Spring funders grant applications and deadlines.
June 6 (Summer Grants): Goals and objectives; Evaluation; Logic Models; Discuss upcoming summer grant applications and deadlines; Recap grant funding from spring.
September 12 (Fall/Winter Grants): Budgeting; Sustainability; Readability; Recap grant funding from summer.
Cost: $55 for CNPE or KYGPA members and $75 for non-members.
Register for the entire series for $150/members $200/non-members. Participants who complete the entire series will receive a Certificate of Completion from CNPE and KYGPA.
