Deon Stokes will offer insights and strategies around crafting marketing plans with a diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) lens that can help nonprofits position themselves for a swift, strong, and more equitable recovery.
Deon brings more than 15 years of business and marketing experience. As a serial entrepreneur, she can be characterized as a visionary, strategist, and results-driven tactician. Deon is the CEO of Joint Effort Business and Marketing Consulting and the founder of “The Failure Report” a web series that tells the stories of “successful failures.”
Her mission is to invest in small businesses and nonprofit agencies through a straightforward and strategic methodology of providing a comprehensive business plan, branding, and inbound marketing tactics.
