Instructor: Jason Adkins

Of course nonprofit sustainability includes securing funding. But sustainability also embraces reaching your program’s long-term goals and fulfilling your mission. You’ll come away from this session with essential tools to keep your nonprofit sustainable and resilient in both good times and challenging times.

We’ll cover:

Sustainability: What are the challenges? How do you develop and implement a sustainability plan?
Fundraising: What are the essential components of a successful fundraising program?
Communication: How can you really engage funders and other stakeholders with your mission?
Grant writing: How do you identify funders interested in your mission? What makes for a compelling grant application?

Your instructor, Jason Adkins, GPC, Director of Development, Ohio Valley Educational Cooperative, has raised over $100 million in competitive federal, state, local, and foundation grants as a grant professional. So you will definitely want to learn from his success.

Before registering, please review our Terms of Attendance. There, we address accessibility, an implied waiver for us to use your image in event-related photos and videos, and behavior expectations for attendees.
