The ELEVATED Volunteer
How To Attract, Engage and Retain your Most Valuable Volunteers
Your volunteers are key to achieving your outcomes and a powerful resource for moving your mission forward. The struggle to attract, engage and retain these key players can become a daunting and frustrating priority. You’re not alone.
What if there were some powerful and practical strategies you could leverage to create positive changes in your volunteer program, effective immediately?
That’s what we will create. Together.
The workshop is set up into 3 key areas of focus.
Curiosity & Possibility – What are the questions you’re asking and not asking that are driving your results? What are the best questions to ask to improve your results? What is the ideal volunteer journey – from your perspective, the client’s and theirs? What would it look like if it worked?
Clarity & Strategy – Getting clear about the volunteer journey and developing a strategy and timeline for making positive changes.
Alignment & Action – Create the process for aligning with your strategy and taking action to create positive change as a matter of practice instead of just when problems arise.
Join Whitney Bishop and your fellow nonprofit leaders to explore what’s working, what’s not working and what’s possible during this effective and interactive workshop designed to help you map out a plan to create a volunteer journey and experience that the right people will be lining up to be part of.
