Your budget today may not look like next month’s budget. Or even next week’s budget. Income, expenses, and outside forces are changing that rapidly. So how are you supposed to budget amid all that economic and social uncertainty?

Whether your organization’s finances pivot on a calendar year or a fiscal year, you may be asking yourself and your organization all sorts of questions about how to keep budgeting as both an anchor and a compass.

Join Becky Phillips, Partner and the Not-For-Profit & Government Services Team Leader at MCM CPAs & Advisors, as she shares her thoughts, knowledge, and real-life experience as a board treasurer and CPA. We will discuss not only how to come up with a workable budget but also how to build in some flexibility and how to talk about it to your staff and board. Becky will also answer questions you have about budgeting for nonprofits.
