Restorative Justice Louisville is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Case Manager. The Case Manager will be responsible for the management of cases referred to RJL. The case management functions include, but are not limited to, being trained as in restorative justice facilitation, receiving referrals, contacting identified parties and other individuals involved in the case, conducting required assessments, coordinating with facilitators, facilitating cases, as appropriate, monitoring conference agreements, seeking and coordinating services and other supports for the parties involved, and maintaining case documentation and reports for referring agencies.
The salary range is $32,000 to $36,000.
Two positions are available to be filled.
Salary Range: < $35,000
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field; minimum of three years of experience in direct case management or client service coordination; experience in working with youth and families is highly desired; excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in written reports/business correspondence; effective and oral communication skills to include demonstrated ability of public speaking or presentations to groups; proficiency with MS Office software.
