Barren Heights is seeking an energetic, passionate individual with a positive outlook to join our unique and fun office culture. The College Intern will report to the Marketing & Development Manager, providing creative and administrative support. We are looking for someone who desires to use their hard work and talents to be a force for change in this community.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Student will be trained on Saleforce CRM basics in order to update and maintain accurate donor records.
  • Student will learn and assist with general responsibilities of the current staff.
  • Student will learn and assist with Social Media Marketing.
  • Student will work with Marketing and Development Manager to create and edit both print and digital content for use in awareness, storytelling, and fundraising campaigns.
  • Student will work with Marketing and Development Manager to create and publish quarterly newsletter.
  • Student will work with current office staff to create weekly mass emails using Mailchimp.

Salary Range: Hourly

Job Requirements:

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
