CNPE is committed to making our events accessible to everyone. If you have a disability and need an accommodation to participate fully, please contact Merv Antonio at (502) 618-5328 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make your request as soon as possible and in any event at least one week before the event.
By attending a CNPE event, you consent to having CNPE use any photograph/video taken at that CNPE event, including those in which you appear. Unless you object, CNPE can use photographs/videos that include you in any print or electronic media, including brochures, invitations, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, and social media.
If you do not want CNPE to record or use your image in these ways, you should tell the photographer/videographer or CNPE staff (or both).
By attending a CNPE event, you consent to our standards for expected behavior and to be subject to the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
CNPE is committed to providing a safe, productive, welcoming environment at its classes and events. We expect all participants, including members, attendees, guests, speakers, volunteers, sponsors, CNPE staff, and service providers, to act respectfully, considerately, and collaboratively. Participants should also observe the rules and policies of the event venue.
CNPE will not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form, nor will we tolerate the physical or verbal abuse of anyone present at a CNPE event.
Examples of unacceptable behavior include bullying, harassment, and comments related to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, or national origin. If you see or are subject to unacceptable behavior, please immediately notify a CNPE staff member.
