You can pay for your CNPE order using these credit and debit cards:

  • American Express
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover
  • Debit cards connected with either Visa or MasterCard

When using a debit card connected with either a Visa or MasterCard, you must have sufficient funds in your account at the time of charge, as we charge for classes at the time of registration.

Paying by Credit Card

Using credit cards at CNPE.org is safe. CNPE uses only processing solutions that comply with the Payment Cardholder Information Data Security Standard, PCI-DSS, to protect your information. See PCI Security Standards. Credit cards are transferred in an encrypted form using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit encryption. Credit card information is then stored at a secure location that meets all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover standards for security. All credit card numbers are encrypted at both the database and individual transaction level. For online payments, your complete credit card number is never accessible to anyone once you hit the submit button on our site. Your information is safe with us.

Having Difficulty?

If you’re having trouble entering your credit card number or get an email saying we can’t complete your order, please consider the following:

  • Did you select the correct card type from the drop-down menu?
  • Did you enter the card number correctly?
  • Did you select a valid expiration date from the pull-down menu?
  • Did you enter your name as it appears on the card?
  • If you are using a new (or recently reissued) credit card, has it been activated?

Entering a Card Security Code

The Card Security Code (CSC) is a 3-digit or 4-digit number printed on your credit card. The number appears only on the card itself (not on receipts or statements), helping to ensure that anyone placing an order with CNPE.org has the card in his or her possession and is not using a stolen credit card number.

You can find your CSC in the signature box on the back of Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. For American Express cards, the CSC is always located above the account number on the face of the card.
