Circles of Excellence

A connected nonprofit community is a community equipped to excel. Healthy dialogue and relationship building are essential to generating the kind of informed, collaborative nonprofit sector we know is possible in Greater Louisville. Plus, the data shows that adults absorb knowledge best in a communal setting.

CNPE creates safe places where these critical conversations can occur. No matter who you are, what role you play in an organization, or how long you’ve been in our sector, we’re here to propel you and your organization forward.

To meet this need, we’re proud to offer Circles of Excellence — a regular opportunity for nonprofit professionals to gather and connect on relevant topics. We offer three Circles:

  • Executive Leadership: A confidential, congenial convening of nonprofit CEOs from across the Greater Louisville area. By invitation only. For more information, contact Merv Antonio.

  • Finance Leadership: A monthly gathering for nonprofit CFOs or Finance Directors who meet for at least six months to discuss issues, share ideas, and encourage one another.

If there is demand, we will add other specialties – but to do so, we need your feedback. Share your ideas for future Circles of Excellence with Merv Antonio, Director of Learning, at mantonio@cnpe.org.
