About

Das came to CNPE as CEO in August of 2023. He brings more than 20 years of experience as an executive, consultant, and entrepreneur known for driving growth through innovation and building high-performing teams. He is inspired by the impact our nonprofits have, and by the generous support of our community.

 

Das has always enjoyed leveraging his diverse background to creatively improve things around him. As a corporate leader, he held positions across strategy, finance, marketing, and M&A with well-known brands, including Yum!, Peet’s Coffee, and Einstein Noah Restaurant Group. As a consultant, he led business development engagements with tech companies in California, Central Europe, and Japan. As an entrepreneur, he has leveraged his passion for automobiles to launch the award-winning storytelling platform, AutoBio. As a nonprofit champion, he helped regional non-profits develop strategic plans and hone their missions while serving as Vice President of the Strategy Division at Ashley|Rountree & Associates.

 

Das lives in Louisville with his wife and two children. Together, they enjoy exploring new places, visiting cultural destinations, and spending time outdoors skiing and sailing.
