About
Merv brings over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily in the field of the performing arts, developing and nurturing the next generation of talent most recently at Actors Theatre of Louisville. Merv also holds a master’s degree in Organizational Design and Renewal from Seattle University. He has served on the board of the Kentuckiana Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Louisville Metro’s Healing Possible Quorum Advisory Committee, and a Leadership Louisville Bingham Fellow. He uses his experience and passion for collaboration, storytelling, whole person learning, and systems thinking to advance organizational, community, and personal learning and performance.
